Heal without hitting pause

A Gero cast is made for you: lighter than plaster, water resistant and in the colour you choose.

Every cast is designed from a 3D scan of your own limb, for maximum comfort and fit while you heal.

Thin and light, so you can keep moving. That can mean shorter healing time and less physiotherapy after removal.

Printed from a biocompatible material that is gentle on the skin.

Shower, swim and even dive in the sea while wearing your cast.

The cast can be removed easily, without an electric saw.

Living with your cast

Care tips

Dry it gently
After showering or swimming, dry the cast with a fan on a low-temperature setting.

Clean with soap and water
Wash the cast gently with regular soap and water. Avoid harsh chemicals and abrasive cleaners.

Talk to your clinic
If the cast becomes uncomfortable or is damaged, contact your clinic or orthopedic specialist. They'll arrange an adjustment or a replacement with us.

Follow your doctor
Your doctor decides what activity is right for your injury. Ask before swimming or sport.
