A free 3D-printed cast pilot for U.S. orthopedic clinics
Gero3D runs pilots with orthopedic clinics in the United States. Your team scans the injured limb on an iPad, our software designs a cast for that one patient, and our production network prints it. Your first 10 casts are free.

For U.S. clinics
What your clinic gets
- A scan in the same visit: the Gero app on an iPad captures the limb in under two minutes. The new version of the app also runs on iPhone.
- Automatic design: the cast is generated in about 40 seconds, instead of about 45 minutes by hand.
- A cast patients notice: about 60 g, vs. 1.5 to 2 kg for plaster. Water-resistant, and it comes off without a saw.
- A temporary splint for day one: the ready-made ONE Splint covers the first days until the custom cast arrives.
- Quality: Gero3D operates an ISO 13485:2016 certified quality management system. The ONE Splint is listed with the U.S. FDA.
- Track record: more than 500 treatments on the Gero platform, and an agreement with Maccabi Healthcare Services in Israel.
Treatment decisions are always made by the treating physician.
