Gero3D makes custom 3D-printed casts: a more comfortable, hygienic and stylish alternative to traditional plaster. Each cast is personalized to the patient's anatomy.

We provide an iPad with the Gero3D app installed. After a short training session, your team can scan patients and order custom casts.

Only the iPad provided by Gero3D. It scans the patient's limb and places orders directly through the app. No additional equipment or complex setup is required.

Once an order is placed, the cast is printed and shipped within 3 days. Delivery time can vary slightly by location.

Yes. A brief training session covers everything needed to scan patients and order casts.

Gero3D casts are lighter, more breathable and more comfortable than plaster. They are easy to clean, which reduces the risk of skin irritation, and they can be personalized to your style.

Yes. Gero3D casts are water resistant, so you can shower and swim while wearing them. Please check with your doctor first.

Choose from several colours and patterns when the cast is ordered. The app shows a preview of how your cast will look.

After showering, dry the cast with a fan on a low-temperature setting. Clean it with regular soap and water, and avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.

Gero3D operates an ISO 13485:2016 certified quality management system (Standards Institution of Israel, certificate 1123048). The ONE Splint is registered with the Israel Ministry of Health Medical Devices Division (AMAR) and listed with the U.S. FDA.

An off-the-shelf temporary volar wrist splint in three sizes. It's applied in under five minutes at the first visit, while swelling subsides, and is replaced by a personalized Gero cast on the next visit.
