This policy covers gero3d.com (the "site"), operated by Gero3D, Weizmann 14, Tel Aviv, Israel ("Gero3D", "we", "us"). It explains what information the site collects and how we use it. If you have questions, email office@gero3d.com.
What we collect
The site is a static website. You can read it without creating an account or giving us any personal information.
The only place the site collects personal information is the contact and demo form on our clinics page (and its Hebrew version). If you fill it in, we receive what you enter:
- name
- email address
- phone number
- clinic or organization
- role
- city
- estimated number of fracture patients per month
- your message
Please don't include patient information or other health details in the form.
How we use it
We use form submissions only to respond to your inquiry and to arrange demos and pilots that you ask about. We don't sell this information, and we don't use it for advertising.
Who else handles it
A few third-party services are involved in running the site:
- FormSubmit (formsubmit.co). The contact form is submitted through FormSubmit, a third-party form-forwarding service, which emails your submission to office@gero3d.com. FormSubmit processes the submission to deliver it.
- GitHub Pages. The site is hosted on GitHub Pages. Like most web hosts, GitHub may log technical information about requests to the site, such as IP addresses.
- Google Fonts. The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts. When your browser requests them, your IP address is sent to Google.
Each of these services handles data under its own privacy terms. Videos on the site are hosted by us, not by a video platform.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used: which pages are visited, roughly from which country, and on what kind of device. Google Analytics sets cookies for this and the data is processed by Google; see Google's privacy policy. Visitors from the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland are measured without analytics cookies. We don't use advertising tracking, and we don't use analytics data to identify you.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions only as long as we need them to respond to your inquiry and follow up on any demo or pilot you asked about.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you sent us through the form. Email office@gero3d.com and we will handle your request.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time, for example if the site changes. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
